Granite Falls Medical Care Center To Receive $50,000 Grant
Dr. Edward Bujold of Granite Falls Family Medical Care Center was recently awarded with a $50,000 grant from the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI). The funding will provide technical assistance and allow Bujold to develop a community research team to work in conjunction with academic research centers and perform community based, patient centered research.
“This grant gives us the opportunity to bring the academic research community to our own community” said Dr. Bujold. “We will be able to involve patients in our research endeavors, hopefully looking into issues patients may find relevant to their own health and the health of our community.”
